It may seem funny, but I am starting my own company in my own country (which is not an emerging market any longer), and a lot of what you&#039;ve written above still applies. In my case (innovative, patent-pending stuff), especially points 2, 3, 5, 7 (to some extent), 8 (very much), and 10 (very much).
