Hip Hip Hurray ! I just love the suggestions - more games - kiss ass and stay 3 steps ahead of the internal game players - i have spent enough time in corporate America and it is just despicable. this country is in real real trouble. i come from the old school - and when you have good people that are honest and principled then you can achieve anything - with the proper leadership and I mean sincere honest decent leadership. it seems everyone has an agenda vs good old fashioned hard work. most of the corporate people are useless, clueless and sound like politicians that blow out lots of psychbabble that produces nothing of value - whether it be a service or product. these people have no clue how to treat people or more specifically how to treat a valued customer - who to me is one of your partners. case in point. when a customer has any kind of an issue -most of the time in the USA the front line people or computers are trained and coached to engage with comments I am sorry or I apologize - this is our process, policy and procedure. you never hear them say i am here to find a solution to your issue and problem and we will ge this solved together. the customer service experience in this country is down in the pooper. and it is driven by corporate boardroom politics through meetings on when to plan the next meeting - and when people are not in meetings they are writing 100 emails with useless crap at a rate of $125,000 a year. this is what will destroy our competitiveness in the world - we care not about hard work - solutions and damn good old fashioned customer service. what the MBAs are taught is screw people - produce a winning bottom line - get you golden parachute and throw everyone under the bus at all costs - and so people like you hold these seminars to produce more crap on how to play more games - God help America because our money system is fraudulent to the core, people don't care about people - they care about the public's perception of the stock - and most corporate yuppies and corporate vampires are all about the me 1st syndrome. yep this is a successful business model - so if you believe in the games and the current way our country does business as a whole and i don't mean the mom and pops and local businesses, I bet you see all types of positives in the economic fabric of this country. well that's my 2 cents. people need to give just a little more than have the mentality of me first and screw everyone else in my way so they can get to the top to gather all their stuff. its so gratifying that you know you destroyed peoples lives along the way. that's the rest of the story - for August 23, 2009 - Have a good day!

@Lucasz Great to hear form you ... hope things are going well in Poland. I think small companies have less politics but you are beholden to everybody's personality quirks and the leadership / competence of the "CEO."
