		<description>Well said Mark. Agreed, the very investments in new business (particularly in emerging markets) that companies like Intel and Cisco made during the last economic downturn (and even earlier) are exactly what has made those companies successful in the last decade and continue to carry many of them through the recent tough times.</description>
