I use a theme called StudioPress 1.2 that is available through Wordpress themes. I host my site on Dreamhost so if you don't see that theme available maybe it is only through dreamhost. However, we are still limited to our genre' in that if you don't pursue further education, credentialing, or certification you likely will swim in the same old pool limiting your ability to advance over either more experienced individuals or with a greater skill set. In my opinion, continuing education is as paramount in taking control of your career opportunities as branding yourself and networking.
